On May 26th, Hudong-Zhonghua held the second Quality Brand Story Competition Speech Selection at its newly built employee cultural activity center. This quality culture event, themed 'Moving Forward to Innovation: Shanghai's Great Brand Stories and China's New Quality Excellence,' was jointly organized by the Hudong-Zhonghua Trade Union and Youth League Committee, with the Quality Assurance Department taking charge. Many departmental contestants competed on stage. Wang Ze from the Valves Company stood out with his speech titled 'Quality is the Lifeline of the Brand' and won third prize in the competition.

This large-scale event, held for the first time at the modern staff cultural activity center after Hudong-Zhonghua's relocation, showcased employees' profound interpretation of quality brands, marking a new chapter in Hudong-Zhonghua's quality culture construction. The 12 participating teams, rooted in their job practices, decoded the 'quality brand code' from various dimensions such as design and R&D, process innovation, production breakthroughs, and quality assurance, using vivid case stories. Each story, full of warmth and depth, vividly demonstrated the pursuit of excellence inherent in Hudong-Zhonghua's quality genes.

After intense competition, Wang Ze from the Valve Company won third prize at the contest. The winning work not only deeply interprets the quality benchmark but also transforms the 'creating value and building brands' quality concept into perceptible and communicable cultural symbols through innovative storytelling.

The quality brand story competition this time includes three types: speeches, short films, and innovation cases. We received 32 submissions from 23 organizations, including 13 speech materials, 7 short films, and 12 innovation cases. Wang Ze's speech from the valve company was successfully selected for the recommended list and will represent the company in the Shanghai Brand Story Competition in 2025, continuing to write a new chapter for the brand.
