H1836A Sail Triumph

On August 30th, the "two in one" trial voyage of the H1836A ship, the final product of the China National Petroleum Corporation's Phase II LNG project, was successfully completed and safely docked at the eastern factory terminal of Changxing Island.

The project team of the second assembly department aimed to efficiently complete the trial voyage during the preparation stage of the ship's cooling test. The overall plan was coordinated and scheduled according to the requirements of continuously completing the cooling test, natural gas test, and then the trial voyage. In response to the typhoon season, the dock liquid nitrogen and natural gas refueling work was analyzed and judged in advance, focusing on safety production. Multiple departments strengthened cooperation and locked in the liquid nitrogen and LNG shipping schedule in advance. The Youth Assault Team for LNG System Debugging and Research has strengthened communication with the shipowner and ship inspection on the basis of the previous ship, further improved the process documents, and received praise from the shipowner for the complete and detailed emergency plan and project submission process.

During the trial voyage, the temporary party branch organized a study on the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and the recognition of the company's "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" personnel from 2023 to 2024. Through the study, the role of the trial voyage team as a fighting fortress was further stimulated, laying a solid foundation for the efficient completion of the trial voyage.

The H1836A ship reached the trial state after being docked for 5 months and successfully completed the "two in one" trial mission according to the established goals, demonstrating the company's profound foundation and strong construction capabilities. Next, the project team will focus on handling trial voyage opinions, cabin submission, crew operation training, and material loading, and make every effort to achieve the goal of delivering the ship by the end of September, striving to put a perfect end to the entire project.
