On April 21, Fang Xiongwei, Chairman of Shanghai Haixun Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the 708th Institute, and Fan Xiaoping, General Manager, along with their delegation, visited our company for a special exchange and study session. This exchange focused on technical alignment, project collaboration, and lean management. Jin Ning, Chairman of Hudong Valve, and Shen Yilin, General Manager, together with other members of the leadership team and key heads of various departments, provided full-time accompaniment and hospitality throughout the visit.

A delegation from Haixun Company conducted an in-depth visit to the company’s production workshops, low-temperature engineering testing center, quality inspection center, and other on-site facilities, with a particular focus on key areas such as the workshop’s information management system and product quality control processes.

Subsequently, both sides shared in detail their experiences and best practices in areas such as the construction of information systems and end-to-end business management. They also engaged in candid exchanges about the bottlenecks encountered during their development. Furthermore, they conducted an in-depth discussion around key issues including the collection and efficient utilization of production data for multiple product categories, lean management, and standardized operations. Both sides unanimously agreed that, given the urgent need for high-quality development at each company, they possess strong complementary advantages and a solid foundation for cooperation. Moving forward, they will further deepen their collaborative synergy, promote all-round upgrades in business cooperation, talent exchange, and management enhancement, and establish a normalized, multi-level model of exchange and cooperation.
