Recently, the company’s Party Committee has delved deeply into the cultural heritage of the enterprise, leveraging cultural soft power to build a solid foundation for development. Relying on new landmark facilities in the new campus—including the Exhibition Center, Sunrise East, Deep Blue Plaza, Creative Intelligence Garden, and Skywalk—the Committee has launched immersive, regular training programs for Party building cadres and internal corporate culture trainers. These initiatives aim to foster a deep integration of landmark stories with corporate culture, ensuring that the culture truly resonates with every employee and strengthens their sense of belonging, identity, and cohesion.
Liu Ying, Deputy Secretary of the company’s Discipline Inspection Commission, delivered an on-site training session for corporate culture trainers, drawing on the “Setting Sail—Leading the Deep Blue: A Visual Album of Hudong Zhonghua’s New Campus.” Focusing on the realistic details and stories behind 12 landmark buildings, she vividly explained the company’s development journey, strategic layout, and cultural essence, effectively enhancing the cultural interpretation skills and publicity and guidance capabilities of internal trainers and Party building staff.
Each grassroots Party and League organization, building on the outcomes of training programs, has actively launched corporate culture promotion activities titled “Set Sail and Lead the Deep Blue,” using “walking classrooms” as a platform to conduct specialized study sessions aimed at Party members, young League members, and individuals from the United Front. Through immersive experiences and interactive exchanges, these activities have further deepened the staff and workers’ understanding and identification with the company’s corporate culture, guiding them to draw strength from the company’s journey of struggle and transforming cultural confidence into concrete actions of fulfilling their duties, taking initiative, and pursuing success in their work.
During the field study, cadres and employees walked, observed, and reflected along the way. They paused at each landmark to ponder deeply and were profoundly moved by the stories of struggle and perseverance they encountered. They truly felt the company’s remarkable journey—from catching up to taking the lead, from manufacturing to creating. Everyone expressed that through this immersive learning experience, they had gained a deeper understanding of Hudong Zhonghua’s sense of responsibility and its enduring spirit. They are now full of confidence, greatly inspired, and brimming with enthusiasm for the company’s future high-quality development.
To enhance the appeal and engagement of learning, each landmark site has set up dedicated check-in points. After listening to historical accounts and engaging in study tours, cadres and employees can capture their memories by checking in, thus solidifying the imprint of the company’s development and deepening their cultural understanding, creating a strong atmosphere of ‘learning about culture, knowing the company, and loving one’s job.
This thematic training covered more than 120 Party and Youth League organizations within the company, reaching a total of over 3,000 participants. The company’s Party Committee continues to enrich communication methods and innovate learning platforms, promoting the deep integration of corporate culture into every aspect of production and operation as well as employees’ daily lives, thereby injecting continuous spiritual energy into the company’s high-quality development.
