Chen Jianliang fully affirmed the work carried out by the grass-roots Party organizations in the first half of the year and made arrangements for the work in the third quarter. He pointed out that the task in the third quarter was extremely arduous and heavy. In this regard, he made four demands:

Party building work should focus on the key tasks of the year, deeply analyze its arduousness and complexity, and the contingent of cadres should have a deep understanding of the core essence and severe challenges of the current work, and earnestly enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency.

Focus on key tasks and strengthen responsibility. It is necessary to closely focus on the company's core products and key projects, give full play to the role of the party organization as a battle fortress and the Vanguard and exemplary role of the backbone of party members, and lead the majority of cadres and employees to face difficulties and charge forward.

Strengthen the leadership of Party building and promote the development of enterprises. The loyalty to the party is reflected in the concrete actions of building a great power and promoting the research and development of strategic products. Put the interests of the masses in the first place, and gather the combat effectiveness and centripetal force of the whole company.

Pay close attention to the construction of cadres' work style and forge a strong team. Party members and cadres vigorously carry forward the fine style of practical work, lead the team to effectively improve the on-site production efficiency and overall operational efficiency, and take safeguarding the overall interests of the company and promoting the high-quality development of the company as the highest action criterion.

Qin rong put forward five points for the work in the second half of the year. First, the construction of work style should be "practical" and formalism should be strictly abstaining. Second, the promotion of the standard should be "deep" to break the data barrier. Third, the Vanguard must "rush" and forge a battle fortress. Fourth, the talent training foundation should be "high" and the quality of the team should be forged. Fifth, the organization should be "strict" and build a solid political foundation.
