Weng Hongbing pointed out that in 2024, the company's cadres and employees will sharpen their original intentions, take on practical responsibilities, work hard, and complete comprehensive production and operation tasks with high quality, laying a solid foundation for the company to accelerate the construction of a world-class marine equipment industry group. He emphasized that 2025 is the final year of the 14th Five Year Plan, and all employees should follow the company's business strategy and deployment, strengthen lean management, continuously improve the overall competitiveness and value creation ability of the company, promote the smooth completion of various work tasks in 2025, and write a new chapter in China's shipbuilding industry.

Qin Rong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a report on the final settlement of the company's salary and welfare expenses in 2024, the situation of doing practical things for employees, and the work arrangement of practical projects in 2025.

The conference approved 10 reports, including the "Implementation of Safety and Environmental Protection Measures in 2024, Safety Production Policy Objectives in 2025, and Safety and Environmental Protection Measures Plan Arrangement". The resolutions of the 7th 4th Workers' Congress and the 6th 3rd Workers' Congress of the company have been reviewed and approved.
