On November 22nd, the 174000 cubic meter LNG transport bow ship H1886A built by the company for the CNOOC Phase II LNG project was successfully docked at the No.1 dock in the western factory area.
Representatives from CNOOC Gas and Electric, CNOOC Energy Development, NYK, and CMB Gas, as well as representatives from the shipowner's on-site supervision team, DNV classification society, and China Classification Society's on-site team, and leaders and guests including Zhang Shaoying, the company's LNG deputy chief builder, attended the docking ceremony. The CNOOC Phase II LNG project consists of six 174000 cubic meter LNG ships. The project team continuously summarizes and optimizes the construction experience based on the construction of the first phase project ships, and implements lean management measures. Under the guidance of the project team, Manufacturing Department 2 continues to promote "menu based" drawing review, implement better construction techniques, and continuously improve the speed of segmented manufacturing.
The ship's segmented manufacturing speed is 7% faster than the fourth generation LNG ship and 2.4% faster than the same type of fifth generation LNG ship. The loading department stated that the subsequent construction in the dock will continue to optimize the process, develop standardized and rhythmic production plans, start from solidifying the segmented assembly tire position, compress the construction period of the assembly, and further improve the integrated integrity of the assembly shell coating; At the same time, optimize the lifting method to achieve quick hook release and ensure standardization of the construction cycle for each batch.
The fifth generation LNG ship independently developed by the company has fast performance and low comprehensive energy consumption; Good low-temperature performance and wide compatibility with cabin types; Empty ships have light weight and strong cargo carrying capacity; Due to its skillful operation and maintenance, as well as excellent route matching, it has achieved great success in the market. The company has undertaken up to 34 fifth generation LNG ships, and currently all production lines have fully entered the construction stage of fifth generation LNG ships, further consolidating the company's leading advantage in LNG ship construction. The company has delivered 6 LNG ships this year, setting records for the fastest delivery of 3 LNG ships in a single month and the world record for the fastest "two in one" trial voyage of 4.5 days. The current LNG construction team is efficiently completing various production milestones and making every effort to achieve the domestic record of delivering 8 LNG ships throughout the year.
