At the press conference, technical experts from Hudong Zhonghua Institute of Technology and Information Technology successively shared topics such as "Digital Transformation and Practice of Ship Welding Process", "Calculation Method of Ship Welding Material Quota", and "Digital Intelligence Empowerment, Building a World Class Smart Shipyard". Liu Yangpeng, Deputy Director of our company's Technology Center, also gave a special report on "Intelligent Welding Technology for Low Temperature Valves", which aroused widespread interest and in-depth discussion among guests. Experts point out that in the past few years, Hudong Zhonghua has taken the construction of Changxing Phase II as an opportunity to fully promote the profound transformation of "smart revolution". In particular, bold exploration and practice have been carried out throughout the entire welding process chain, using process standardization as a lever to achieve good results. In the certification process, the five major classification societies issued the "Ship Welding Process Specification Library Standard Library Accreditation Certificate" to Hudong Zhonghua. At the same time, the company released the 2024 version of the enterprise standard "Calculation Method for Ship Welding Material Quota".

At the end of the press conference, leaders such as Jin Yanzi and Jin Ning jointly unveiled the "Intelligent Low Temperature Valve Welding Workstation" for Hudong Valve. Hudong Valve is a leading demonstration zone for Hudong Zhonghua to promote digital transformation on Changxing Island, and is also a leader in the field of LNG equipment localization. On the world's first 14000 cubic meter LNG refueling ship delivered by Hudong Zhonghua, the proportion of domestically produced ultra-low temperature valves has exceeded 90%, all of which are independently developed and produced by Hudong Valve. Currently, Hudong Zhonghua is promoting the implementation of the "LNG Capacity Doubling" strategy, and Hudong Valve is facing great pressure to increase production capacity. The "Intelligent Low Temperature Valve Welding Workstation" jointly established by the Process Technology Research Institute and Hudong Valve has successfully solved the key process "bottleneck" problem of "continuous welding of the sealing surface of the valve disc of the low-temperature valve", achieving high-quality and efficient manufacturing of the valve disc, greatly reducing labor costs, and achieving a one-time pass rate of over 98%, achieving faster, better and more cost-effective results.
