Recently, Shanghai Hudong Shipbuilding Valve Co., Ltd. organized a review meeting for the Shanghai industrial strong scientific research project "Research on flow optimization and strength analysis of ultra-low temperature valves". The review team of this meeting was composed of experts from Hudong Zhonghua (Shipbuilding) Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Maritime University. The main leaders of Hudong Valve attended this review meeting.

At the meeting, the review team listened to the report of the team's research of Shanghai Jiaotong University, reviewed the relevant documents, and the experts at the meeting, after full discussion, gave the conclusion that the subject has successfully passed the acceptance. The review team fully affirmed the work of Shanghai Jiaotong University team and Hudong Valve in this subject, and pointed out that the research on the theoretical basis is an important link in the process of the localization of ultra-low temperature valves, and the relevant research results are of great significance for the further development of the follow-up ultra-low temperature valves. Hudong Valve has made a major breakthrough in the localization and matching of ultra low temperature valves for large LNG carriers. It is expected to speed up the promotion of engineering application in the future, realize localization and self control, solve the "choke" problem, and meet the needs of more LNG carriers for localization and matching in the future.
