Annual assessment of achieving high-quality group responsibility orders; Record breaking delivery of 8 LNG ships, achieving 21 ships of 8 types and increasing production by 3 ships; 12 large container ships achieve international settlement in RMB for the first time; All production and operation indicators such as operating revenue, business orders, production efficiency, and economic benefits have significantly exceeded the annual targets, with impressive results and impressive data.

Innovation, surpassing and scaling new heights

We always adhere to reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, overcome difficulties and remain steadfast. The management reform has been pushed forward in depth, and the reform of the large department system and the three systems has achieved practical results, forming a lean and efficient management system and talent pool; Seizing the high ground in product research and development, the 271000 cubic meter LNG ship is globally leading, with a global market share of over 20% for LNG ships; The breakthrough of domestically produced equipment has helped Baowu Special Metallurgy become the second qualified supplier of marine Yinwa Steel in the world, and the localization rate of the LNG refueling ship "Huaihe Energy Qihang" has exceeded 85%. We face the most difficult challenges and strive for the farthest, daring to tackle them at key obstacles and promoting the stable and sustainable development of enterprises.

Set sail with determination and compose a new chapter

We always adhere to the support of major projects and inject new impetus into high-quality development. Accelerate the construction and production of the new factory area with a sense of urgency that waits for no one and is racing against time. The newly constructed low-temperature laboratory is empowered by technology, the digital management center is intelligently led, the automation equipment and facilities are greatly enhanced, the office and dormitory buildings are fully guaranteed, and the employee cultural center is revitalized. Correspondingly, the reform of management institutions and the construction of the employee team are also being vigorously promoted. The company is setting sail at full speed with a brand new look, striving to embark on a new journey.

Mountains and waters travel endlessly. Looking ahead to 2025, the company is about to fully relocate and learn from Changxing. We are full of fighting spirit and confidence, strategizing and laying out our plans. With confidence, ability, and determination, we will continue to write a new legend and chapter for China in the eastern part of Shanghai on this new land
