On the morning of January 27th, in accordance with the spirit of the 2024 Business Strategy Conference of Hudong Zhonghua, Shanghai Hudong Shipbuilding Valve Co., Ltd. held the 2024 Work Conference and Business Strategy Conference based on actual situations, reviewed and summarized the economic operation situation in 2023, deeply analyzed the current development situation, and studied and deployed the overall ideas and work goals for 2024. Cadres at or above the department level of the company attended the meeting, and Jin Ning, the Party branch secretary and chairman of the company, presided over the meeting.
At the meeting, leaders of each department summarized the completion status of the main indicators for 2023 around the development goals of the company's four major sectors, deeply analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings, and combined with actual work, released the 2024 departmental work goals, key tasks, and countermeasures. The leaders in charge of each line of the company have reviewed and summarized the relevant work, and put forward specific requirements for various tasks in 2024.

The Chairman pointed out that in 2023, the company will adhere to the guidance of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics for the new era, follow the company's high-quality development strategy, and work together with all cadres and employees to overcome difficulties, forge ahead, and comprehensively complete all annual production and operation tasks and key work. Sales revenue and new orders will increase by 20% and 30% year-on-year, respectively, creating a new historical high for the company.

2024 is an extremely challenging year and a key year for fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. All cadres and employees should further change their concepts and take the initiative, focusing on the following six aspects of work:
