Since the company's resumption of work and production, we have rapidly switched from the "epidemic prevention and control battle" to the "resumption of work and production battle". The "pause" button pressed by the epidemic requires us to take the initiative to break it with a "turnaround battle" of resumption of work and production.

For this reason, under the guidance of the company's overall deployment, the Department formulated the control plan for the resumption of production of the second coating department. Faced with the unbalanced, uncoordinated and unequal impact of the epidemic on production management, I led the team to strengthen confidence in tackling difficulties, resolutely carry forward the spirit of fighting the epidemic, take the initiative in integrating resources, planning and management, and doing solid work, and plan and act in advance. The pandemic test has sharpened me and strengthened my ability to withstand pressure. My colleagues and I quickly entered the combat state, actively responded to the challenges with the attitude of overcoming difficulties, took the resumption of work and production as a practical examination ground, tried every possible way to find a way out, and ran out of the acceleration of high-quality resumption of work and production, striving to reduce losses and strive to regain the nodes.

As a young cadre at the grass-roots level, I have been fighting the epidemic in Changxing Island for nearly two months. At that time, I thought I had the responsibility and obligation to lead the volunteer team to persist in the material distribution. In the fight against the epidemic, the party members and leading cadres of the company took the lead in rushing to the front line, which moved me very much. In addition, there are many outstanding young employees who are responsible and able to bear hardships. After returning to work, I started my work without stopping. Next, I will lead more than 50 construction personnel to complete production tasks in different places. The epidemic has not been completely eliminated. As the on-site management personnel, the prevention and control measures should be kept "normal". I want to ensure the safety of my team. When I was in a different place, I looked at the endless waterway in the distance. The sunshine was shining and the waves were stained with gold. I saw the hope that the sunshine was always after the rain. We will surely deliver more great powers and create new brilliance in Hudong and China.

In March of this year, the epidemic situation was fierce. When the call of "epidemic" was sounded, I actively responded to the call of the group company and became a glorious volunteer of "epidemic" line. Five of our volunteers obeyed the command and did their best to provide services and care for the isolated personnel. Other comrades are firmly guarding the rear and providing us with material support. Different responsibilities and different positions stem from the same mission.

We worked hard day and night. Even though our clothes were soaked with sweat, our fatigue surged to our hearts. Looking at the comrades who fought side by side not far away, our spirits were refreshed again. At the end of each day's work, I looked at the red and tired faces after taking off the protective clothing and mask, and more deeply understood what responsibility and perseverance are.

Come fearless, return unhurt. Our anti epidemic task has been successfully completed. Over the past many days, comrades in arms from different departments have defended "Shanghai" together, and achieved phased victory in epidemic prevention.
