Today, the second 80000 LNG ship built by the company was delivered in advance at Changxing Shipbuilding Base. This is the fourth ship delivered by the company since the resumption of production, and also the sister ship of "legendary sun" delivered on May 26. This fourth generation river sea intermodal LNG ship, the world's largest shallow water channel, was named "legendary peace". Relying on its excellent seaworthiness, fast and stable safety and reliability, and highly flexible liquid cargo transfer, this type of ship has become another refined ship in the subdivision of Chinese LNG ships.

Chi benbin, deputy general manager of the company, presented flowers and cable cutting souvenirs to Weng Runyi, godmother of the new ship. He Jianghua, chief builder of the company's LNG ship, presided over the ceremony. The general manager of Kline China, feihou Ye Zhishi, the deputy general managers, Takahashi Changxiao and Xie Yihong, and the chief civil product engineer of the company, pan Weichang, and other leading guests attended.

"Legendary peace" has a total length of 239 meters and a profile width of 36.6 meters. The tank type is GTT No. 96 L03 +, and it is classified into American Bureau of shipping (ABS). The construction team also set two new records:
The dock cycle is only 6.5 months, which is 3.5 months shorter than the legendary sun;
The total construction period is only 18 months, which is 2 months ahead of the legendary sun.
The construction team carried forward the anti epidemic spirit of "unity of mind, perseverance, courage and determination", implemented the "5 + 2" and "white + black" work modes, minimized the impact of the epidemic, and finally completed the delivery 4 days ahead of the contract plan.

Safe, high-quality and efficient construction has won the praise of chuandongfang. The relevant person in charge of Shenneng (Group) Co., Ltd., one of the United ship Dongfang, said that the Hudong Zhonghua construction team overcame many difficulties such as the epidemic, and wrote "Legends" with lean management, precise planning and careful construction. After being put into operation, the "legendary peace" will be combined with the "legendary sun" to transport 1.5 million tons of LNG from Bintulu port in Malaysia to Shanghai every year, and the "sister ships" will jointly provide clean energy for Shanghai's economic development and urban construction. It is worth mentioning that since the company resumed production, four 80000 m3 LNG ships have made breakthrough progress. The undocking of ship No. 3 was completed on June 8 and entered the dock construction stage; Ship No. 4 has been docked on May 16. At present, the loading work of the general assembly in the dock is progressing in an orderly manner.
